line Day 2 (Sunday)

Capital Tours - London Spring BreakAfter breakfast you can use your hop-on, hop-off bus pass through London plus your free River cruise - valid for 24 hours from the time you board the bus, or before you do, why not hop on board London's underground transportation and travel to Buckingham Palace to see the legendary Changing of The Guards procession held each Sunday morning at Buckingham Palace, which starts at 10.30am.

It's best to arrive at Buckingham Palace to secure a good view by 9.45am. After the ceremony, walk up the historic Mall, passing under Marble Arch and in to Trafalger Square, then up legendary Whitehall, stopping at Horse Guard Barracks to have your photo taken next to the stoney-faced guards, then it's on to No. 10 Downing Street (where the Prime Minister lives) and over to the houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Have a pub lunch en route!

You have the rest of the day to explore London on your own or with your friends. Day 3 (Monday)

After breakfast we take public transport to board the British Airways London Eye for a 30-minute revolution on this giant slow-moving wheel, opened in 2000 and now London's most popular attraction! The London Eye affords the best views of the capital at your feet so don't forget your camera.

After the London Eye wander along the South Bank and head towards the Salvadore Dali museum next door or the world famous London acquarium. There are literally dozens of pubs dotting the South Bank so my best tip is to choose one - stay there for hours with your mates - have a few drinks (or several if you so choose) and people watch - London really is THE most multi-cultural city in the world!

Clients can also opt for a number of night events including choose of one several London walking tours, held each night just off Tower Bridge, or book yourself some theatre tickets to some of the hottest musicals in town like Dancing Queen, which celebrates the music of Abba, We Will Rock You, an ode to the music of Queen, and much more. Tickets can be bought in advance at the Globetrotter Travel Desk. If you want theatre tickets, it's best to purchase these on Day 1 of your stay to ensure availability.
